January 29, 2016 Update

Good afternoon! Just some information to share: Please keep the date of Saturday, March 19th open and join us for breakfast at the Sacred Heart Senior Living Center in Northampton from 9:00AM to 10:30AM. This will be our first fundraising event of the new year. The cost is $12.00 for adults and $8.00 for children under 12. Proceeds will go towards updating the sound system at the Tabernacle. Spread the word! A HUGE thank you to all the residents in the park who helped other residents shovel out from underneath 32 inches of snow last weekend! Hours are usually only three hours a day, but not necessarily every day. You must be 15 and have a life guard certificate. Karen will give you information on how

New Year Greeting!

Good evening residents and Board members! In the next post, you will find a greeting from our President regarding this new year. Prayers are needed as we prepare for the summer events! Just a reminder: We need lifeguards this summer as two of our lifeguards have graduated and are moving on to other adventures. You must be 15 and have your lifeguard certification. A New Year Message from Board President!

Greetings and Happy New Year! As I take time to reflect on this past year, I think of my Waldheim family and have such fond memories of this past summer. From raking leaves to enjoying our civic events, sweet prayer times on porches, or standing on 3rd Ave talking to my neighbors and passersby, I truly enjoy Waldheim Park!! I hope this note finds you healthy and ready to start a fresh beginning! I anticipate what God has for our park this year. We have new residents to get to know, deer to observe, mice to evict from our cottages and different Civic events and Sunday evening services at the tabernacle to attend.
