September 22, 2015 Update

STOCKHOLDERS’ MEETING & ELECTION:

Saturday, October 24, 2015 at St Matthew’s EC Church, 5th and Ridge Streets in Emmaus in the sanctuary. Registration begins at 9:30AMnot 10:00AM with the meeting to start at 10:00AM. Try to get there early! You will be receiving your ballots this month. Please make sure to bring them to the meeting or if you cannot attend, mail them back no later than October 17th!

This Thursday, the 24th, we will need volunteers to help stuff envelopes with the ballots. Meet us at the tabernacle/board room at the park at 6:30PM. Even if you can only stay for 30 minutes to help, it would greatly be appreciated. It’s a massive job!
