Stockholder's Meeting and Chili Cook Off!
STOCKHOLDERS’ MEETING & ELECTION:
Saturday, October 24, 2015 at St Matthew’s EC Church, 5th and Ridge Streets in Emmaus in the sanctuary at 9:30AM.
*Ballots have been mailed out. If you are married and you bought five shares of stock, but did not receive two ballots, please emailpmickley@verizon.net. They will be mailed out immediately. The deadline date to return your ballots is October 17, 2015.
*There will be a few extra ballots at the meeting, but please remember to bring your own with you! We do not have access to a copier.
*Please prepare any questions you may have ahead of time. Much like a town meeting, there will be a time limit on questions and answers. Questions will be limited to park issues only, not personal issues.
*Even tho registration starts at 9:30AM, we encourage you to come earlier so we can get the meeting underway by 10:00AM.
CIVIC:
Join us for our scheduled Waldheim Chili Cook-Off this coming Saturday, October 10th at noon for some Hot Chili! We'd like to have three participants come show off their Chili skills and share with all. Our winner will be selected by everyone in attendance and crowned "Waldheim Chili King or Queen". Along with bragging rights, you'll also receive a special prize.
