Waldheim Pool

Due to COVID-19 the pool will not be open to the public for 2020.

Pool will open to Waldheim Residents, and our faithful season holders.

Please review the updates below:

There will be no lifeguard for the season until further notice.

No parties are permitted.

Pool pass rates have increased (see below)

A lock will be on the gate with a passcode. When the patrons pay, they will be given a code.

All patrons must sign a waiver acknowledging that there will be no lifeguard and they are swimming at their own risk.

Everyone must maintain a distance of six feet apart in the pool area.

There will be a sanitized table set up at the gate, and in the changing rooms and the bathroom. When using the bathroom, patrons are asked to spray down with the hose and sanitize the seats. Wash your hands!

Please in any emergency situation always call 911.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say there’s is no evidence that the coronavirus that causes COVID-19 can spread through the water in pools, hot tubs, spas, or water play areas. Proper operation and maintenance (including disinfecting with chlorine and bromine) of these facilities should inactivate the coronavirus in the water.

“The water itself is not necessarily the problem,” said Dr. Sima Asadi, the chair of pediatrics at Mercy Medical Center in Merced.
